$forS

Students for Students

What is $forS?

$forS means "Students for Students."

But it's much deeper than just words — it's a symbolic equation:

$

stands for a former student — someone who has graduated, found stability, and now has money, a job, a network, or power.

S

stands for the current student — someone still struggling, still figuring things out, still fighting for their future.

The mission of $forS is to connect the "$" to the "S"
so that the $ can help the S, until the S becomes a $, and helps the next one.

It's a chain of solidarity, a loop of empowerment.

How $forS Works

$forS stands on four pillars that keep the cycle of solidarity running. Here's how the money flows — and how everyone has a real role to play.

1

Companies fund upfront

Partner companies sign at the start of the academic year and pay upfront to sponsor student training and a real project they need done.

2

Students train & earn

Students complete monthly missions — certifications, skill-building, domain learning — to unlock their stipend, mentoring and services.

3

Students deliver

Once skilled, students ship the partner company's real project. The company gets a delivered result, a pre-vetted talent pipeline and strong RSE visibility.

4

Alumni & donors amplify

Alumni contribute $10/month once their salary exceeds $1000, and donors who believe in the mission match them — expanding scholarships, interest-free loans and healthcare.

The cycle continues

The next generation of students gets helped — and each of them becomes the $ for the S who comes after.

Every student also mentors a student one year below them in the same field —
that's how $forS scales without extra cost.

Our Story

The idea of $forS came from a casual conversation with friends. They asked me, "For you what makes a good engineering education?" I thought about it and said, "I believe that when students are in an environment where we really care about them, they do their best." That simple answer sparked something in me.

I realized that education should focus more on students and their needs, but often it doesn't. From that moment, the idea for $forS was born. I wanted to create a platform where students are the priority. At $forS, we provide personalized support, resources, and a learning environment that truly cares about students.

Our goal is to help students succeed by giving them the tools and attention they deserve!

Who Are You?

Four roles, one cycle. Find yours.

1

You're a partner company

You sign with $forS at the start of the academic year and fund student training upfront. Students complete missions and certifications to become skilled, then deliver your real project. You walk away with a project shipped, a pipeline of pre-vetted future talent, and strong RSE visibility — all from the same investment.

2

You're a student

You don't receive help for free — you earn it. Each month you complete missions: certifications, skill-building and domain learning. Completing them unlocks your monthly stipend, mentoring access and services. In return, you also mentor a student one year below you in your field — that's how the chain of solidarity keeps going.

3

You're an alumni

You were helped by $forS, you graduated and you found a job — CONGRATULATIONS! If your salary is above $1000, you contribute $10/month — not because you're forced to, but because you believe in the mission and you want the next generation to live what you lived. You also keep access to networking events, ongoing professional development and discounted services.

4

You're a donor

Anyone who believes in the mission can support $forS with $10/month. You were once a student, you know the struggle, and your contribution directly expands our capacity — funding scholarships, interest-free loans and healthcare for students who need it most. Thank you.
